About Italian Products

Italian Products Srl was established in Bologna in 1994 by developer Stefano Frascari as a way to share some culinary delicacies with his friends in New York. The company expanded from a casual idea to a lifeline for several small, artisanal manufacturers around Italy, wanting to sell their products in the U.S. In the year 2000, Italian Products USA, Inc. opened offices and a warehouse in New Jersey, to more efficiently serve its nationwide customers.

15 years after its founding, Italian Products USA has developed an important presence in the gourmet market around North America. Customers range from large foodservice distributors to retail chains as well as independent gourmet markets. For all customers, programs include sourcing and product development, private labels and distribution along with sales support, training and travel projects. Our consulting services include training, B2B projects, label design, FDA regulations, product compliance and much more. Each project is built on spec, so just ask and we will provide.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will enjoy the products you buy from Italian Products USA, Inc.  In case of defective items or if you wish to send it back, you may request a replacement or refund of unopened products. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Some exceptions apply.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Contact us via phone 201-770-9130 or email info@italian-products.it to inform us of the return you wish to make.

  2. When returning product(s), please wrap them in sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Return the package to the following address:

    Use your preferred delivery method. Please keep your receipt should you need to track your package.

  4. Please remember to insure your package: we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

  5. Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday seasons.

  6. Orders placed by credit card or Paypal will be refunded to the payment method used at time of purchase.

  7. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.
